Steel T Slot Plate Clamping Plate With T Slots
Classic t-slot plates in many different dimensions. These plates are milled of solid C45/1.1730 tooling steel. They are thermally stress reliefed and face milled. The advantages of C45 over cast iron plates is a higher tensile strength and toughness. A narrow t-slot pitch allows a broad application spectrum. By manufacturing with solid material and a smooth underside, these panels can be incorporated any or get further processed
The T-slot plate is supplied with a smooth, closed bottom; that allows you to suck the plate on a vacuum table. For mounting on a machine table / frame holes will be drilled at a appropriate position. You can do this by yourself or take advantage of our service.
